Now we’re opening our first-ever physical store and wine bar in Surry Hills. This exciting new space will combine curated wines, delicious cheese and charcuterie, and a welcoming hospitality experience—bringing the Good Pair Days brand to life in person.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help support the kitchen in our wine bar. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing and plating cheese and charcuterie boards, keeping the kitchen organised, and helping ensure smooth service during busy periods.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble cheese and charcuterie boards
• Assist with food prep and plating
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and prep area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock organisation and basic kitchen tasks
• Work closely with the bar team during service

About You

• Experience working in a kitchen, café, deli, or hospitality environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
• Reliable, organised, and a great team player
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• An interest in food, wine, or hospitality is a big plus
