Unlike many other wine academies, this Brisbane institution caters for the more fun and casual side of wine education, eschewing the loftier sommelier courses in favour of one-day wine masterclasses, evening lessons, and wine and food pairing courses designed to up your enjoyment and appreciation of wine in your domestic life.
