Apple Pie Sundae



  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 green apples, diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 scoops of quality vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ginger biscuits, crushed
  • Melt the butter in a small pan and add the sugar, cinnamon, and diced apples. Cook for 10 mins until softened but not too squishy. Split the mixture between four bowls or glasses, then top with 2 scoops of ice cream, then the crushed biscuits. Serve immediately.
