Asian Sea Bass and Greens Traybake



  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • ½ tsp wasabi paste
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 400g mixed green veg
  • 100g rice noodles
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • Preheat the oven to 220C. Whisk together the soy, honey, wasabi, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Pop all of the greens in a baking tray, and toss with a splash or two of water. Cook in the oven for 10 mins, and meanwhile cook the noodles to pack instructions.
  • Once the vegetables are tender, drizzle them with half the soy dressing and half the spring onions, and toss well. Place the fish fillets on top (skin-side up) and pour over the rest of the dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and put the whole lot back in the oven for 6 mins. Serve with the cooked noodles and a sprinkling of soy sauce, and enjoy.
