Ingredients

Method

  • 4 bulbs of quality garlic, tops cut off
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Crusty bread, to serve
  • Preheat the oven to 200C, then place the garlic bulbs on a baking sheet, drizzled with olive oil. Sprinkle over some sea salt, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Squeeze the garlic puree from the bulbs, and smear over warm crusty bread. It doesn’t get better than that!
