Chilli and Ginger Oysters



  • 12 live oysters, shucked
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Small piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • Bunch of chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Mix all of the ingredients (minus the oysters and the chives) in a small bowl. Drizzle the shucked oysters with the dressing, and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
