- 1 red, orange, and yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
- 250g gnocchi
- 4 pork sausages
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Toss together the pepper chunks, gnocchi, and olive oil on a baking tray, and season very generously.
- Place the sausages on the tray, and roast for 25 minutes. You want the sausages and gnocchi golden brown, and the peppers cooked and tender. Serve with crusty bread.
