- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 75ml white wine
- 125g clams, cleaned and rinsed
- 50ml boiling water
- 100g cooked tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Put the garlic, clams, white wine, and boiling water into a saucepan, and cover with a lid. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes, or until all the clams have opened. Drain, and discard any which have stayed closed. Toss the cooked clams in the tagliatelle, place in a bowl, and sprinkle with parsley. Perfection!
