Ingredients

Method

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 peeled garlic clove
  • A large handful of wild rocket
  • Salt and pepper
  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor, and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil if too thick, and season to taste if more salt and pepper is required. Serve with pasta, salads, fish, bruschetta... the choice is yours!
