Perfect Roo Burgers



  • 500g Kangaroo mince
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 60g fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Buns, salad, tomatoes, relish etc to serve
  • Combine the meat with the onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg and coriander, and season well. With damp hands, shape the mixture into patties, and leave in the fridge for half an hour to chill.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the patties for 5 mins on each side or cook over the barbecue. Stuff into buns with your favourite salads, sauces and sides, and enjoy!
