Method

  • 3 venison or other game sausages, skin removed
  • 6 prunes (dried plums)
  • 3 wooden skewers
  • Some olive oil
  • Preheat your oven to 200C. Roll the venison or game sausage meat into balls (aim for 9 in total), then thread them onto skewers, with each meatball followed by a prune. You want each skewer to have 3 meatballs, and 2 prunes on them. Heat a pan with some oil, and lightly brown the kebabs, before cooking in the preheated oven for 6 minutes to finish. Serve with steamed greens.
