Quick Salmon and Cream Cheese Pâté



  • 255g smoked salmon
  • 110g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toast, to serve
  • Place all of the ingredients, minus the toast - obviously - into a blender, and pulse until a fairly rough pâté texture is achieved. Season with plenty of pepper, go easy on the salt, and serve with hot toast or crackers.
