  • 16 melba toasts
  • 8 slices of taleggio cheese
  • 8 slices of quality salami
  • 4 black olives, halved
  • Preheat your grill to high. Line a baking tray with parchment, and put 8 melba toasts on the tray, each topped with a slice of taleggio. Grill for 3 minutes to get the cheese bubbling, then pop a piece of salami on each one, followed by an olive half, and finally, another piece of melba toast on top to create a sandwich. A quick, easy, but delicious and elegant snack!
