Spaghetti Aglio e Olio



  • 400g quality spaghetti
  • 3 red chillies
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. While it’s bubbling away, deseed the chillies and finely chop them, and finely chop the garlic too.
  • Heat up the oil in a frying pan, and gently fry the chillies and garlic for a couple of minutes. Drain the pasta, add to the pan, and mix to coat with the oil. Sprinkle with parsley and salt, and serve. Perfect!
