Stickiest Ever Hoisin Ribs



  • 1 kg very meaty pork ribs
  • 220ml quality hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • Homemade slaw, to serve
  • Pop the ribs in a large pan and cover with water. Boil for 40 mins, then drain well, pat the ribs dry and lay in a lined roasting tray. Preheat the grill.
  • Mix the hoisin, honey, vinegar and garlic together in a bowl, and brush the mixture all over the ribs. Place the ribs under the grill for 15 mins, turning and basting occasionally. When sticky and cooked through, serve with slaw and salad.
