Super Sticky Salted Caramel Apples



  • 30g butter
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 4 tbsp dulce de leche
  • Splash of brandy
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Ice cream, to serve
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan. When foaming, add the apples and fry until golden. Stir in the dulce de leche until melted, then cook together for a few minutes until sticky. Add a splash of brandy to the mix, then sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream.
