  • ½ pack of dill, very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp capers, drained
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 6 live shucked oysters
  • Simply mix together the lemon zest, juice, dill, and capers, and spoon on top of the live oysters. Eat immediately - simple, yet oh-so delicious!
