Sweet n Sour Turkey Stir Fry

  • 200g chopped turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 50g sliced new potatoes
  • 50g green beans
  • 1⁄2 carrot, cut into ribbons
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Prepare the meat by placing the chopped turkey in a bowl, along with the soy sauce, honey, and oil, and mixing well to combine. Heat up your wok, and stir fry for 4 minutes. Add the sesame seeds, then cook for another minute.
  • Boil the sliced new potatoes in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then add the beans and cook for 3 minutes more. In go the carrots for 2 further minutes, by which point all the veggies should be nice and tender. Drain, and toss in the sesame oil and olive oil. Pile the vegetables on a plate, and place the stir-fried turkey on the top. Yum!
