Ingredients
Method
- 200g chopped turkey breast
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50g sliced new potatoes
- 50g green beans
- 1⁄2 carrot, cut into ribbons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Prepare the meat by placing the chopped turkey in a bowl, along with the soy sauce, honey, and oil, and mixing well to combine. Heat up your wok, and stir fry for 4 minutes. Add the sesame seeds, then cook for another minute.
- Boil the sliced new potatoes in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then add the beans and cook for 3 minutes more. In go the carrots for 2 further minutes, by which point all the veggies should be nice and tender. Drain, and toss in the sesame oil and olive oil. Pile the vegetables on a plate, and place the stir-fried turkey on the top. Yum!
