  • 125g lamb mince
  • 1 grated red onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 30g mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp veg oil
  • 1 ciabatta roll, to serve
  • Mayo and sides, to serve
  • Preheat the grill. Mix together the lamb, garlic, onion, coriander, mint and some seasoning until well combined, then shape into 2 patties and rub each side with oil. Grill for 5 mins on each side or until cooked through. Stuff into a ciabatta roll with some mayo and your favourite sides, sauces and pickles and enjoy!
