Ingredients
Method
- 100g Milan-style salami
- 70g peppery salad leaves
- ½ green melon, cut into 1.5cm cubes
- 150g mozzarella ball
- 30g basil leaves
- ½ red chilli, diced
- For the Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of sugar
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Cook the salami slices on a baking tray for 5 mins, then remove and tear into pieces. Meanwhile, make the dressing by combining the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Arrange the leaves, melon, torn mozzarella and salami pieces on a serving platter. Drizzle with the dressing and dress with the basil leaves and red chilli - perfect!
