Ingredients
Method
- 18 pancetta slices
- 12 thin chipolata-style sausages
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp clear honey
- Wrap the sausages with the pancetta slices, overlapping the slices to secure. Preheat the oven to 200C and place the wrapped sausages in a greased roasting tin. Bake for 20 mins, turning halfway through the cooking time. Warm up the honey and mix with the mustard, then brush all over the sausages and return to the oven for 5 mins more. Serve as part of a festive feast, and enjoy.
