Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Buns

  • 3 tbsp tomato purée
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 pork steaks
  • Black pepper
  • To Serve
  • 4 rolls
  • 150g coleslaw
  • Salad leaves
  • Put the tomato purée, orange juice, paprika, and salt and plenty of pepper in the slow cooker. Add 4 tbsp of cold water, and stir to combine. Add the pork to the slow cooker, and turn to coat with the sauce. Cook for 4-5 hours on high, or until very tender. Break up the meat with 2 forks, then pile into buns with your choice of toppings.
