  • 3 tbsp cooked broad beans
  • 1 sliced spring onion
  • 1 snack-sized salami sausage, sliced
  • Pinch of hot paprika
  • 1 tortilla flatbread
  • 50g chopped tomatoes
  • 25g cheddar, grated
  • Preheat your oven to 180C, and line a baking tray with aluminium foil. In a bowl, mash the beans, and mix in the spring onion, salami, paprika, and some black pepper.
  • Place the tortilla on the baking tray, and smear it with chopped tomato. Spoon the bean mix on top, then sprinkle with grated cheddar. Fold the wrap in half, and cover with the foil to make a parcel. Bake for 20 minutes, and serve hot with salad.
