About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wine Bar Manager to take charge of our new wine bar space. This role involves overseeing bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, and curating an inviting and educational experience for wine lovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of wine bar operations, including staffing, service standards, and health & safety.
• Oversee hospitality POS systems and ensure a smooth ordering experience.
• Maintain RSA compliance and ensure all staff adhere to licensing laws.
• Curate and maintain an exceptional wine list, working closely with our wine buying team.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure top-tier hospitality service.
• Oversee closing procedures, waste management, and overall bar efficiency.

Who’s a Good Fit

• 3+ years experience in a wine bar or hospitality management role.
• Deep knowledge of wine and beverages with WSET Level 2 or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality POS and RSA compliance.
